ITEMS NEEDED AT LOAN APPLICATION

2 year employment history
2 year landlord history
W-2 forms for the last two years
Pay stubs covering the last thirty days
If you are self employed, the last two years tax returns, current profit and loss statement and quarterly tax returns (if applicable)
If you are commissioned, the last two tax returns you've filed, with two pay stubs reflecting year-to-date earnings
Name, address with zip code, account number and balance for installment loans, credit cards, all real estate loans
Copies of the last three months bank statements for all your bank accounts
Complete divorce decree and separation agreement, including all exhibits and addenda and property statements ( if applicable)
For VA loans- DD214 and Certificate of Eligibility
If you have ever declared bankruptcy, bring court recorded copies of all bankruptcy papers
