THE
NET SHEET
The
Net Sheet is what it is all about. How much the seller will
actually "NET" at the closing table. The "NET"
sheet is merely a guideline and in no way suggests what the
actual proceeds will be from an actual sale.
Upon
receiving and accepting an offer to purchase your property,
a "NET" sheet will be prepared showing all the costs
and the proceeds that will be derived from the closing of that
particular contract. The final figure represented on the "NET"
sheet should be within $100 of what you will receive at the
closing table.
You
should know what to expect at the closing table. There should
be no surprises.
